Leadership and team members
Kyle manages operations within the Multi-Unit Housing markets consisting of market-rate housing, affordable housing, senior living and hospitality managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships, to ensure projects exceed client expectations. He also heads the Platinum-LeChase Joint Venture, which focuses on senior- and assisted-living facilities. Kyle holds a bachelors of architectural engineering technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
Paul has worked in project management – largely on multi-family and senior housing projects – for more than a decade. Now leading the Conifer-LeChase Joint Venture, he specializes in the affordable housing market. Paul holds a B.A. in business administration from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
Project Executive Adrienne Panella has managed numerous projects for core clients in the multi-unit space, with accountability for quality, value and safety. She also provides insights during preconstruction effort, helping to ensure fewer change orders and smoother construction, saving both time and money.
