LeCesse Development | GrandeVille at Malta Phase II

This market-rate housing development project began in May 2022, and consists of all wood-frame construction. Scheduled to finish by April 2024, the GrandeVille at Malta project will create 299,945-SF of multi-unit townhomes, and high-density housing.

When complete the GrandeVille at Malta will consist of 189 units throughout 11 buildings:

A 2-unit, 4-unit, and 8-unit townhome
Two 10-unit townhomes
Three 30-unit, high-density buildings
A 31-unit and 32-unit high density building

The new development will also feature a pet and mail kiosk building.
