About our New York Capital Region Office

“The New York Capital Region is one of the country’s emerging manufacturing and technology hubs, and LeChase has delivered local projects totaling more than a half-billion dollars within these segments,” noted LeChase Vice President David Hollander. The regional team also focuses on multifamily housing, mixed-use development, higher education and healthcare projects across the region.

In 2022, LeChase further elevated its ability to serve area customers by acquiring Sano-Rubin, a respected firm with more than 112 years of experience in the area. Working from offices in Schenectady’s Mohawk Harbor Complex — which LeChase built for a local client – the blended team continues to build on its reputation for delivering excellence and being an active, engaged member of the local community.

“From construction management and design-build to general construction, and on projects of all sizes,” Hollander added, “we are committed to offering our clients the best in service and creating lasting partnerships within the region.”
