With every project we undertake, no matter the scale, we place a core focus on protecting people and the environment, promoting local economic development and partnering with communities. LeChase’s commitment to the community on a global, national, regional and local level is a key element of our corporate ethics and philosophy. As builders, we feel a strong sense of responsibility to demonstrate leadership in providing projects that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, optimize energy efficiency, provide creative use and reuse of resources, and seek to protect and enhance the environment.
As an active member of the U.S. Green Building Council®, LeChase is well–versed in the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process, a green building rating system based on credits that can earn building ratings. LeChase is also a participant of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) ENERGY STAR® Partner Program and actively works with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
LeChase has many LEED AP® on staff and stays current on standards and trends. At LeChase, we feel strongly that when providing a world-class sustainable building, the time to start the process is right at the beginning, with the design and construction of the project.
