The AC Hotel Chapel Hill Downtown, a recent LeChase project, has earned a 2018 Excellence in Construction Award from the ABC Carolinas Chapter.
Thankfully LeChase project sites did not sustain damage from Hurricane Florence, as the storm shifted to the west and its winds died down to a category 1 before making landfall. Unfortunately, we have a few employees whose homes at the eastern coast of North Carolina sustained substantial damage.
On September 10, the LeChase Durham Police Headquarters project team welcomed Duke University’s Director of Construction Paul Manning and about 30 members of his Facilities Management team.
About this Office
LeChase has served the southeastern U.S. for more than two decades, and the company still sees great growth opportunities in North Carolina’s Triangle area. “The region is full of great talent,” noted Jack Goodrich, LeChase vice president in the Durham office. “With its world-class universities, it’s become even richer in diversity and is a center of technology and entrepreneurship.”
The area’s growing population and thriving business environment also make the area a perfect match for LeChase’s mission to build strong partnerships as well as successful projects. Vice President Seth London added: “The southeast team is proud to work with existing and new partners,” Seth London, LeChase vice president noted, “from the mountains, to the ocean and everywhere in between.”
