Community is a core value at LeChase. Each year, we engage with and support various organizations committed to improving health, education, and well-being in the communities where our people live and work.
LeChase employees regularly volunteer to help local non-profits with clean-ups and physical improvements to their facilities, as well with various programs for the groups they serve. Additionally, we take part in programs that introduce students to the art of building and the potential of careers in construction.
