This $49.1 million project features the construction of a four-story, 340,000-SF, wood-framed apartment building, built on an at-grade podium. The facility includes 224 residential units – a combination of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments – as well as a heated parking structure, landscaped outdoor spaces and other designated parking areas.

Additional amenities include a luxury pool and sauna with cabanas, firepits with seating, summer kitchen with grilling areas and a one-story, resort-style clubhouse. The clubhouse features a fitness center, pet spa, game lounge, community room, gourmet kitchen and separate work zones with a cybercafé.
