LeChase has completed a $40 million historic transformation of the Endicott-Johnson (EJ) Victory Building in Johnson City, NY. The former shoe factory, vacant for over 40 years, now features 156 apartments, 70,000 SF of retail space, a first-floor parking garage, and other amenities. Crews completely gutted and renovated the building’s interior, made repairs and updates to the façade, and added new parking lots and landscaping. In addition to acting as the construction manager and self-performing a variety of concrete work, LeChase was a development partner in the project.
