About our New York Metro Office

“We serve one of the fastest growing construction markets in the country – extending from the lower Hudson Valley to New York City and into Western Connecticut and Northern New Jersey,” noted David Campbell, a LeChase vice president in the New York Metro office located in Armonk.

LeChase has been working in the region for more than 40 years and has received high ratings from clients, especially for its work on healthcare, science/technology, higher education and corporate interior projects. The office offers a full range of construction management services as well as the ability to self-perform a variety of work including carpentry, interior metal framing and concrete.

A key feature of the NY Metro office is its Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Training Center. The center serves as a high-tech hub where LeChase employees, subcontractors and clients can learn about ICRA requirements and master the critical infection control measures needed during construction and renovation projects.
