LeChase Project Executive Ken Osmun recently served as a panelist at the 2026 New York Build Expo. The annual event brings together thousands of contractors, architects, engineers, real estate developers, owners, government representatives and building professionals from across the tri-state area.
Ken joined fellow industry experts for a panel discussion on incorporating sustainable materials into the construction process. During the session, he shared insights and highlighted examples from recent LeChase projects, including the use of cross-laminated timber (CLT) and other sustainable building envelope products.
More than 550 speakers and 45,000 attendees participated in this year’s expo, which also featured workshops and networking opportunities in addition to panel discussions.
