Armonk, N.Y., October 8, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Ordoñez to superintendent, based in the NY Metro Region.
In this role, Ordoñez will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Ordoñez joined LeChase in March 2021 as an assistant project manager and construction scheduler, developing and maintaining schedules throughout the bidding, preconstruction and construction phases. With more than 11 years of industry experience, Ordoñez has worked in drafting, permitting, inspection and as an owner’s representative for healthcare projects. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering with a specialization in environmental engineering from Roger Williams University.
