LeChase played a role in several projects listed among the Rochester’s “Coolest Spaces” by the Rochester Business Journal. Each year, RBJ editors pick locations based on nominations from readers. The 2021 list includes apartments and businesses as well as spaces used for education, recreation and entertainment.

One space featured is The Lake House at Canandaigua. LeChase was construction manager for the highly anticipated resort, which held a ribbon cutting for its hotel and wellness center last August. The list also features the Cyber Range and Training Center at Rochester Institute of Technology’s new Global Cybersecurity Institute. LeChase served as design-builder on that project, and also completed multiple phases of the fit-out at another “Coolest Space” – First American Equipment Finance.
