Rochester N.Y., September 17, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Raymond W. LeChase II to senior leader of planning and design, based in Rochester.
In this role, LeChase oversees preconstruction efforts for core clients and select design-build projects, as well as company-wide design standards. He develops conceptual architectural designs for feasibility studies and early preconstruction, leveraging his expertise in design, constructability and sequencing to fill critical information gaps, improve estimating and scheduling accuracy and reduce turnaround times.
LeChase joined the company as a project manager in 2021. Before that, he spent eight years in New York City working in architectural design, urban planning and real estate development. LeChase earned a master’s degree in real estate development from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Syracuse University. He also has LEED® Green Associate™ certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, is a certified Design-Build Professional® through the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and is a NYS licensed architect. LeChase serves on many local organization boards, including the DBIA Liberty chapter, Rochester Architecture Foundation and the Junior Builders’ Exchange (JBX).
