Rochester, N.Y., September 17, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome John C. Casper as chief financial officer.
In his role, Casper will be responsible for the firm’s financial strategy and finance operations. This includes oversight of accounting, financial planning, analysis and reporting, taxes, business process optimization, operations support, and payroll. He will also support strategic initiatives and investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and real estate development.

Casper has extensive experience as a financial leader for commercial and manufacturing businesses. Prior to joining LeChase, he served as a CFO and vice president of finance for a variety of firms in the eastern and southern U.S., including several multi-billion dollar firms in the aerospace and defense industry. A Rochester native, he began his career at Eastman Kodak Company, ultimately serving as VP of finance. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in business administration–accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
He and his wife reside in the Rochester suburb of Webster.
