Durham, N.C., September 25, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Burnice Laws to Superintendent II, based in the Southeast region.
In this role, Laws will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Laws joined LeChase as a superintendent in 2016. Since joining the company, he has played an integral role in delivering successful construction projects across the Southeast region. Laws has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects across a variety of market sectors. Laws holds associate degrees in construction management from Wake Technical Community College and agricultural business and management from North Carolina State University and is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor.
