About our Corning, NY Office

Based south of Rochester in Corning, N.Y., LeChase’s Southern Tier operations extend from Chautauqua in southwestern New York to Elmira in the east and also into northern central Pennsylvania.

“The Southern Tier is known for its scenic hills, deep tradition and hardworking down-to-earth people,” noted the region’s manager, Vice President Fred Thompson. That work ethic – coupled with a track record of delivering successful projects – has earned LeChase the respect of repeat clients, who account for nearly 90% of the region’s work. While focused on higher education, health care, industrial, R&D, and power and gas construction, the office also serves a variety of general construction and renovation needs.
