Three LeChase employees graduate AGC Future Construction Leaders program

Three LeChase employees are among 25 graduates of this year’s AGC Future Construction Leaders program. Conducted by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of New York State, the program gives early- to mid-career professionals a look at what’s involved in managing a construction business. Over the course of a year, participants attend sessions on subcontracting, insurance, contracts, marketing, human resources, legislative issues and other topics.

The LeChase graduates are:

  • Mike Goddard, assistant project manager, Corning
  • Jace Prine, assistant project manager, Syracuse
  • Chris Silverthorn, project manager, CLC

Congratulations to Mike, Jace and Chris and the other 2020 program graduates, who come from firms across the state. The photo below shows the group during an early session of the program, which started last December. In the photo, Mike is in the first row, fifth from left; Jace is seventh from left and Chris is second from right among those standing.
