Syracuse N.Y., August 26, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to welcome Rachel Kissinger as a project executive, based in Central NY.
In this role, Kissinger will manage large or multiple projects for core clients, with accountability for quality, value and safety, as well as responsibility for overseeing recruitment and training of project team members.
Kissinger has more than 20 years of industry experience, leading complex capital projects in the higher education and public sectors. Most recently, she served as a project manager at Cornell University where she managed more than 85 projects – ranging from lab renovations to infrastructure upgrades – totaling more than $150 million in construction value.
She earned an M.S. in human environment relations, facilities planning and management, with a minor in real estate, from Cornell University, and a B.S. in liberal studies from SUNY Brockport. Kissinger is also a LEED® Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction (LEED AP® BD+C). In addition, she serves as an instructor for Ithaca Area Economic Development’s Tompkins Build – Pathways to Apprenticeship program.
