Rosewood Health Center project receives final approvals

Renovation and expansion of Rosewood Health Center at The Cypress of Raleigh retirement community has received final approval from the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). Originally, work was planned and permitted as one project with the renovations and expansion running concurrently. The project team adjusted that approach due to COVID-19 concerns among seniors. They completed the expansion first, allowing residents to relocate to the new facility before renovations began in the existing building. Making this possible required close coordination between LeChase and our partners at THW Design and NEMA Management, as well as with the City of Raleigh Inspections Department and DHSR to obtain partial inspections and partial certificates of occupancy. The resulting facility is a wonderful resource within The Cypress of Raleigh.
