Durham, N.C., May 4, 2021 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Wassenaar to project manager in its Durham office.
In this role, Wassenaar will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Wassenaar began his construction career in 2005 working on K-12 capital improvement projects in the Albany, NY area. In 2015, he joined LeChase as a project engineer in Schenectady, and in 2017 transferred to the company’s Durham office for an opportunity as an assistant project manager. With LeChase, Wassenaar has worked on a variety of projects across the multi-unit housing, office, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and construction engineering technology from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA), and currently lives in Raleigh, NC.
