Business Leader Insights

I hope you had a peaceful and happy holiday season, and that this greeting finds you refreshed and ready for the year ahead.

At LeChase, this New Year holds special meaning as we are celebrating our 75th anniversary. In 1944, our founder Raymond F. LeChase saw an opportunity to offer construction services in Rochester during the war years, and his firm became known for its personalized service. Over the years, we have grown to offer the services and resources of a large company. Having led LeChase as managing partner for the past decade, I believe that our progress is the result of staying true to our foundation: a culture based on building partnerships, always doing the right thing, and delivering excellence.

I credit the LeChase people who – day in and day out – aim for perfection in everything they do. At the same time, I want to thank you – our customers, business partners and colleagues – for the important role you play in the LeChase journey. Together we have contributed to unique and impactful development in our communities, and we look forward to new collaborations that will continue to enhance the lives of our families, friends and neighbors.

On behalf of everyone at LeChase, please accept our thanks for your partnership and our best wishes for a 2019 filled new opportunities and achievements.

Have a safe and prosperous year.
