LeChase promotes Jeffrey Panza to regional operations manager

Buffalo, N.Y., January 25, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeffrey Panza to regional operations manager for the Buffalo Niagara region.
In this role, Panza will work to expand LeChase’s business in the region, with responsibility for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships; overseeing daily operations; and ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Panza has more than 35 years of experience in the Western New York construction industry. He joined LeChase in 1999 as a project executive, and later served as director of preconstruction services before being named director of the Buffalo office in June of 2014. Since that time, the office has worked on a number of high-profile projects in the area, including the expansion of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center’s Clinical Sciences Center, restoration of the University at Buffalo’s historic Hayes Hall, and current projects that include the Explore & More Children’s Museum being built at Canalside, an 1,800-space parking structure on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, a mixed-use facility at 500 Pearl Street and a new facility for the YMCA in Lockport, N.Y.

Panza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University at Buffalo. He is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership (BNP) Manufacturers Council and the BNP Developers Advisory Council, and is a board member of the Western New York Chapter of the American Red Cross.

He and his wife Denise live in Lockport, N.Y.
