LeChase promotes Seth London to vice president

Durham, N.C., January 25, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Seth London, regional operations manager in Durham, to vice president.

In his role, London leads efforts to expand LeChase’s business in the company’s southeast region. This includes responsibility for managing client, employee and subcontractor relationships; overseeing daily operations; and ensuring projects meet or exceed client expectations.

London has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, and has served as LeChase’s regional operations manager since joining the firm as part of the 2016 acquisition of local Lendlease operations in North Carolina. He has extensive background in all phases of building construction.

London has an M.B.A. in finance, as well as a B.S. in construction engineering and management, from North Carolina State University. He also has LEED AP® (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design accreditation) from the U.S. Green Building Council.

He currently resides in Cary, N.C.
