ROCHESTER, N.Y., July 15, 2022—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Connor Dormer to assistant project manager in Rochester.
Dormer will support the Conifer-LeChase joint venture. In this role, he will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
He began his construction career in 2017 as an intern in the LeChase preconstruction department. The following year he served as a project management intern for Conifer-LeChase and was hired in 2019 as a project engineer.
Dormer graduated from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (Syracuse, N.Y.) with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and minors in construction management and sustainable construction.
He currently resides in Rochester, N.Y.
