On October 19, LeChase participated in a Contractors Empowerment event hosted by the City and County of Durham. The event, “Breaking Through Barriers – Business Communication Simplified,” included professional development sessions and networking opportunities for established, new and aspiring business owners.
LeChase Project Manager Brandt Smith was on hand to meet with attendees. He also took part in a contractors roundtable session where he and other panelists fielded questions from the audience.
It was the second year Durham has held the Contractors Empower event. Last year, LeChase Regional Diversity Manager Denise Barnes participated in the sessions.
