LeChase’s fifth annual Building Leaders program, conducted in partnership with Dale Carnegie of Rochester, consisted of eight sessions over the last three months and concluded with a graduation event on June 24.
LeChase Chairman and CEO Bill Goodrich, Vice Chairman Will Mack and President Kyle Sayers kicked off the graduation event, where the graduates shared their key learnings with other participants, regional leaders and alumni from previous programs. This year’s class included 20 participants from 10 different regions and functional groups.
