Rochester, N.Y., January 28, 2019 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Scheirer and Kevin Hoffman as regional operations managers for the Greater Rochester area.
In their new roles, Scheirer and Hoffman will work to expand LeChase’s business in the region. Each will be responsible for managing a core set of client relationships within the health care and commercial sectors. In addition, they will oversee employee/subcontractor relationships and daily operations, and work to ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Scheirer began his construction career in 1996, and he has managed a variety of health care, entertainment, commercial, retail and other projects. He joined LeChase as a project engineer in 1998. After a series of project management roles, he was named a project executive in 2014. Scheirer has a B.S. in civil engineering technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and currently lives in Webster.
Hoffman has 20 years of experience across all phases of construction. He joined LeChase as a senior project manager in 2011, working largely on projects in the commercial, health care and education sectors. He was named a project executive in 2015. Hoffman has a B.S. in civil engineering from Purdue University and LEED AP® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. He resides in Fairport.
