LeChase southeast region kicks off second year of Future Leaders program

After a successful first year, the southeast region’s Future Leaders program kicked off its second year on Thursday, January 17.  The program is designed to expose participants to all aspects of the business, focusing on personal and professional development with sessions including Delivering Excellence & Consistency, Risk Management and Emotional Intelligence.  LeChase clients have shown support for the program, with owners from several current projects serving as guest speakers. In addition, LeChase leaders – including CEO and managing partner Bill Goodrich, General Counsel Tom O’Gara and Organizational Development Director Cheryl Schmidt – have also acted as guest speakers.

This year’s Future Leader participants include:  Mike MacGilvray, preconstruction manager; Jeff Wassenaar, assistant project manager, Dan Bond, project manager; Jeff Fryza, project engineer; Jonathan Huis, project engineer; and Chris Swanson, assistant superintendent.

The year-long program is facilitated by Project Manager Cameron Jones, Project Manager Kathryn Payne and Superintendent Jason Varner, and is sponsored by southeast region leaders Jack Goodrich and Seth London.
