On Friday, November 10, the team working on the Grandeville at Malta Phase II project turned over the first building – a 10-unit townhome – five months ahead of the contracted date.
The market-rate housing project for LeCesse Development Corp. kicked off in May 2022 and features 299,945 SF of wood-framed construction. When complete, the development will include 189 units throughout 11 buildings, as well as a pet and mail kiosk building. The project is scheduled to finish by April of 2024.
