By August 14, 2018October 26th, 2018Project Highlights, Southeast – Durham, NC

With school out for the summer, LeChase project teams remain busy on the beautiful campus at Duke University. The Crowell Residence team recently celebrated receiving their CO by hosting a team luncheon at the job site. Team members from the field, office and Duke leadership all gathered to celebrate this achievement.

With the Crowell project coming to an end, the team hit the ground running on the Craven Quadrangle renovation located next to the Crowell site. Built in the 1930s, the quad is composed of 12 houses which range from 3-4 stories in height. Some houses will be combined as part of the renovation. The primary scope of renovation work includes modifications of walls and ceilings to accommodate the new HVAC and fire protection systems and updated electrical and plumbing systems. Also included is the renovation and creation of common areas and kitchens for each house located in the quad. The University’s Residence Life Office will receive a complete renovation as well.

Congratulations to the entire project team for continuing to do a great job!
