LeChase Regional Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion Denise Barnes recently participated in a speaker session hosted by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Triangle Chapter and the Women in Architecture (WIA) Triangle Chapter.
The event, titled “We Messed Up” focused on how every successful leader has made mistakes along the way. Denise and the other presenters each shared a short story about a mistake they made in their career and what they learned from it.
LeChase Assistant Project Manager Tesa Debroux, who currently serves on the NAWIC Triangle Chapter board, also attended the event.
