On August 27, LeChase Vice President Paul Cundiff and members of the project team joined Conifer Realty in a groundbreaking for the Perry & Main project in Port Jefferson, NY.
When complete, the affordable and workforce housing community will feature 53 units, as well as a residential parking garage, lobby, mail room, fitness room, laundry facilities and commercial space on the first floor.
LeChase is serving as general contractor on the project through the Conifer-LeChase joint venture.
