Corning, N.Y., July 6, 2026 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Nates Hayes to assistant project manager, based in Corning.
In this role, Hayes will help manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Hayes joined LeChase as a project engineer in 2023, and has since worked on a variety of projects across the Corning region. He holds both a bachelor of technology in construction supervision and an associate of occupational studies in building construction from Alfred State College. Hayes currently resides in Bath, New York.
