The team working on the University of Rochester Cooling Tower and Chiller Replacement project recently held a Lean pull planning session to kick off the job.
Led by LeChase Project Executive Ken Osmun, Project Manager Matt Colombo and MEP Coordinator Rory Zeto, the session brought together all subcontractors and trade partners to outline key milestones and define the steps needed to meet project goals. Through open discussion, the group established a clear sequence of work to help ensure on-time completion by summer 2026.
LeChase is serving as construction manager on the project, which will replace the existing cooling tower and install a new electric chiller – boosting the heat rejection capacity of the University’s Central Utility Plant.
