Employees from LeChase’s Capital Region office recently volunteered at a Girls Construction Summer Camp hosted by the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition and Whitbeck Construction. The program is designed to introduce young girls to careers in construction and the trades.
Over the two-week camp, LeChase volunteers Austin Metcalfe, Frank Emmer, Scott Lawler and Jared Aubin guided campers as they learned hands-on building skills – constructing wooden toolboxes, flower boxes, sheds and more.
