LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Michael J. Konieczka as regional operations manager for our Durham, NC
office.
In his new role, Konieczka will utilize his construction industry experience and leadership to focus on operations and growth in the Raleigh-Durham region and surrounding areas. His responsibilities will include strategic planning and client retention and development as well as recruitment, retention and development of employees.
Konieczka brings more than 25 years of experience to the LeChase team. He has worked for some of the nation’s largest construction firms including Skanska and Turner and has led teams in successful completion of numerous projects in the health care, education, commercial and entertainment industries. Most recently he ran his own independent consulting firm representing owners on project delivery, lean construction, contractor selection and the full range of preconstruction and construction services.

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of Pittsburgh and lives in Morrisville, NC with his wife Scharmen and their six children; Timothy, Stephany, Anthony, Michaely, Delaney and Zachary.
