Last week, a group of LeChase employees teamed up with employees from Buckingham Properties to volunteer at the Paychex Junior Achievement Discover Center.
The team worked with students from the Rochester City School District, guiding them through the JA BizTown simulation. Team members shared insights as students stepped into the roles of business leaders, employees and community members while learning about money, careers and real-world decision making.
LeChase served as design-builder on the Discovery Center project, which opened in February 2024.
