A group of LeChase employees recently completed the 2023 Field Excellence Program in collaboration with FMI.
Over the course of six sessions, 24 participants – superintendents and project managers – from 10 different regions – completed activities focused on topics including leadership, communication, pre-job planning, project management, and relationship building.
The program concluded with a trip to the southeast for a two-day ‘City Build’ session. At the JB Duke hotel, participants collaborated to build an entire city, with guidance by a ‘city council’ of LeChase senior leaders. The group was able to develop and build on important skills that they will use in their positions moving forward. Congratulations to all of the 2023 Field Excellence Program participants!
