LeChase promotes Tim Frost to project executive and Dean Lemmon to project manager

CORNING/SYRACUSE, N.Y., December 14, 2015— LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotions of Tim Frost to project executive at its Corning office and Dean Lemmon to project manager out of its Syracuse Office.

Frost joined LeChase in 2001 as a project engineer. He served as the senior project manager on the recently completed Flats East Bank Project in Cleveland, OH. Before that project, he spent 12 years working on projects at Binghamton University.

During his tenure, he received four promotions including his current one to project executive. As project executive, he will manage projects and relationships with core clients. He will also oversee the work of all project personnel in roles he previously held.

Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in building science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He lives in Horseheads with his wife, Christy, and their sons, Ethan and Owen.

Dean Lemmon joined LeChase in 2009 as an intern and then as a full-time project engineer in 2010. As project manager, Dean will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and postconstruction phases.

Dean graduated from SUNY Alfred State College in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in management engineering science. He lives in Freeville.
