LeChase promotes Rene Giannavola to project manager

ROCHESTER, N.Y., May 4, 2017—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Rene Giannavola to project manager, based in Rochester, N.Y.

In this role, Giannavola will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Giannavola, a registered architect, has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined LeChase in 2012 as a project engineer and has worked on a number of notable local projects in higher education, including the Rochester Institute of Technology’s Golisano Institute for Sustainability and Gene Polisseni Center as well as the University of Rochester’s Rush Rhees Library.

Giannavola holds a B.S. degree in architecture from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and A.A.S. degrees in architectural engineering and construction engineering from the State University of New York at Alfred.

He currently lives in West Irondequoit.
