Rochester, N.Y., December 29, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Giordano to superintendent, based in Rochester.
In this role, Giordano will direct the work of subcontractors, suppliers, foremen and other tradespeople working on the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases of assigned projects, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity and scheduling.
Giordano has more than 10 years of construction experience, working on numerous key projects throughout the region. He holds an A.S. in construction technology from Monroe Community College and currently resides in Rochester, N.Y.
