LeChase promotes Lee Stepp to senior project manager

SYRACUSE, N.Y., October 9, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Lee Stepp to senior project manager in its Syracuse office.

In this role, Stepp will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Stepp, who has 30 years of construction experience, joined LeChase as part of the company’s 2016 acquisition of Lendlease operations in Syracuse. For the past 18 years, he has served as project manager on a variety of K-12 capital improvement projects for school districts throughout central New York.

He also served four years as a heavy equipment operator in the U.S. Army, earning the rank of sergeant. Stepp holds an A.A.S. degree in construction technology from the State University of New York at Delhi (Delhi, N.Y.). A native of Laurens, N.Y., he currently resides in the village of Trumansburg, N.Y.
