LeChase promotes James Van Staalduinen to project manager

Durham, N.C., August 21, 2018 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of James Van Staalduinen to project manager in its Durham office.

In his new role, Van Staalduinen will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.

Van Staalduinen joined LeChase as an assistant project manager in 2017. He began his construction career in 2010 working as a CAD technician, and then progressed to roles as an assistant superintendent and senior project engineer.

He has a BS degree in construction management from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC, and an AS degree in applied science in architectural technology from Pitt Community College in Winterville, NC. He is also a certified LEED® Green Associate™ through the U.S. Green Building Council.

Van Staalduinen lives in Durham.
