LeChase promotes James Scheirer to project executive

ROCHESTER, N.Y., August 18, 2014—LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of James Scheirer to project executive of its Rochester office.

Scheirer joined LeChase in 1998 as a project manager and was named senior project manager in 2007. His contributions to the company have been substantive, as he’s successfully delivered construction management and general construction projects in nearly all of the markets LeChase serves. Scheirer has more than 15 years of experience in all phases of the construction process and will continue utilizing his skills to further enhance the
company’s client-service capabilities, concentrating on operations and growth in Western New York. Additionally, he will be available to support projects in other regions when the fit for his talents arises.

Scheirer holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from RIT and is also a graduate of the Green Building Contractor’s (GBC) Future Construction Leaders of New York state, a yearlong program where a select group of construction leaders network and learn about a variety of industry-related issues.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the Associated General Contractors of New York State (AGC NYS).

Scheirer resides in Webster with his wife Katie and their three children: Abigail (10), Emily (8) and Nathan (6).
