Rochester, N.Y., July 23, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Charlie Mack to project manager, based in Rochester.
In this role, Mack will manage, develop, maintain and oversee all functions of assigned projects at the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Mack began his construction career as an intern for LeChase in 2018, joining the company full-time as a project engineer in 2019 after earning a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University. In 2021, he left to complete an MBA in management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Belk College of Business. Mack then joined LeChase’s Southeast team in 2023 as an assistant project manager, before returning to Rochester to take on his current role as project manager.
