Durham, N.C., December 19, 2025 – LeChase Construction Services, LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Beasley to construction manager, based in the Southeast region.
In this role, Beasley oversees life sciences projects across the region for one of LeChase’s core clients, managing all aspects of assigned projects through the preconstruction, construction and post-construction phases. Those functions include but are not limited to safety, construction planning and cost-control procedures.
Beasley began his construction career in 2005 and has since worked on many life science projects across North Carolina. He received a B.S. in construction engineering and management from North Carolina State University and has completed OSHA 500 training. Beasley currently resides in Holly Springs, N.C.
