On Friday, April 26, LeChase Participated in a “Speed Trading” event at the Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) Malta TEC-SMART Campus, a project that LeChase built in 2010. Organized by the Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, the event offered guidance counselors from local schools a valuable opportunity to engage with industry leaders and gain insights into various workforce prospects for their students.
During the event, counselors rotated through different tables, spending seven minutes at each, where they connected with numerous local companies and learned about their respective operations and workforce requirements. LeChase Regional Director of Business Development Mike Corey represented LeChase at the event, meeting with individuals from 10 different school districts and sharing information about LeChase.
