On October 22, LeChase participated in the second annual EmpowerHER Expo in Rochester, held in collaboration with SUNY Brockport and the New York Small Business Development Center. The event brought together women across industries to network, share insights and explore strategies for personal and professional growth.
The panel discussion featured local leaders Hungate Construction President Jennifer Hungate; SUNY Brockport SBDC Certified Business Advisor Kris Rudgers; Natalie Grace, owner of Graceful Bodyworks; and LeChase General Counsel Heather Williams. Each panelist shared personal experiences and offered valuable advice for women navigating the business world. Ginny Ryan, director of community engagement and communications at Canandaigua National Bank delivered the keynote speech and moderated the panel.
Around 75 people attended the event. A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the Rochester Breast Cancer Coalition.
