LeChase team makes progress on Erwin Terrace project

The LeChase team is making great progress at the Erwin Terrace multi-unit housing project, placing concrete on the first elevated deck earlier this week. This project will feature a 76,402-SF parking deck serving as the podium to a 124,732-SF, five-story wood-framed facility with 156 units.
