On November 14, UR Medicine announced it will construct a new orthopedics center at Marketplace Mall in Rochester. LeChase is providing construction management services for the 330,000-SF project, which will be UR Medicine’s largest-ever offsite facility.

When completed in 2023, the center will provide ambulatory surgery and outpatient care. The space will include exam rooms, operating rooms and areas for physical therapy, sports training and wellness services.
